Scaffolding Works Commencing – Durham Terrace W2
Scaffolding works are commencing at Durham Terrace, W2, as part of an external painting and maintenance project within central London.
A professionally designed scaffolding structure comprising six working lifts will be erected to provide safe, full-height access to the property elevations. The scaffold will support decorators throughout the works, ensuring efficient progress while maintaining safe access for operatives and protection for the surrounding area.
All scaffolding erection procedures will be carried out by qualified operatives and will fully comply with City of Westminster requirements, as well as current UK health and safety regulations. Upon completion, the scaffold will be inspected and maintained for the duration of the project to ensure ongoing compliance and site safety.
This project forms part of our ongoing scaffolding works across West London and surrounding central London areas, supporting residential refurbishment and exterior maintenance projects.
